PALLMANN P104 Turbo is a one-component, fast-drying polyurethane primer designed for use with PALLMANN® adhesives in flooring installations. It serves as both a primer and surface strengthener for absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, as well as a moisture vapor retarder on substrates with moisture vapor emission rates (MVER) up to 7 lbs (ASTM F1869-11) or relative humidity levels up to 90% (ASTM F2170-11).
